The Process: Professional Website Package

1. We will discuss your feature and design requirements and determine if our Professional Website Package fits your needs, most of the time it does.

2. We will provide you with a total project cost, which will include the base price for the Professional Website Package, and any additional modules or custom development you have selected. Most small businesses only need the base package.

3. We will ask you for any graphic assets you already use in your business, logos, corporate colors, images of your business and/or process, videos, etc., to aid in the design of the initial mock-ups. We will also ask for any written material to help with this process, but this doesn't need to be final copy for the finished website.

4. We will create design mock-ups and work with you to get the perfect look and feel for your overall site design.

5. Once the website design is finalized we ask for 50% of the total project cost. This needs to be paid before we move on to development.

6. We turn the design into web pages, build out the features of your website, add any initial text or content you have prepared for your pages, setup your domain, emails, website statistics, and submit your website to all the major search engines.

7. Once your website is complete and online we ask for the remaining 50% of the total project cost. We require payment within 10 days of request.

8. You will be billed $15 per month for your Service and Hosting Plan. This includes website hosting, up to 20 email addresses, upgrades to the Professional Website Package and any modules you have purchased, security updates and monitoring. Access to technical support is also included. However, you are not locked in. If you decide to host elsewhere we can package your website so another company can deploy your site on their server, or we can move it for you for a fee.
